Materials- * One leaven subway rack * 12 sock caps test tubes with caps * Ankistrodemus stock cultures * Alga-Gro nutrient media * Saltwater (pollutant) * 1, 2, and 5 ml pipettes and pumps * Spectrophotometers Method- The first step was to congeal up four test tubes with equal amounts of algae cells and 5 mL of pond water.
